I realize this is a recovery experience and not having any experience especially, when it comes to home building. I had believed that I did my homework. My mistake was I believed what I was told by the ( I will be nice and say gentleman ) that I was going to have all the help and guidance for this build. Nothing is or was further from the truth. Well in short he was only a salesman. The builders or the company I paid is not Putnam. Need I say more. Yes, I will the contract was 14 month and still not in.
