Girard Gagliardi of Emerald Roofing refuses to come replace the shingles that he put on my shed in November of 2020. 2 shingles fell off in March of this year. I told him initially I could be patient and could wait since the missing shingles didn't cause any leaks, but now 6 months later, nothing has been done. Patience does not mean waiting forever! He's been coming up with every excuse in the book to delay coming out. He's even said he was coming a couple of times and on his way once, then cancelled at the last minute (I'm beginning to doubt if he had any intensions of coming out at all), and now today he says it was out of the 'goodness... read full review
Girard did a great job of cleaning out and repairing our gutters. He’ll be back out to do some minor roof repairs. He gave a detailed description of what is needed and his bid is very reasonable.
I recently hired Emerald Roofing & Remodeling Services LLC for roof repair and gutter installation, and I’m very impressed with their work. The team was professional, responsive, and completed everything on time. The repair was done perfectly, and the new gutters look clean and durable. Highly recommend
