Diedre, Manager and Dr Busoul are the best! Grateful for their service.

I am a new patient at the facility and was attended by Diedre. She was extremely patient, answered all my questions, and provided important information that I was unaware of. Guided me from beginning to end. Thank you.

My mom uses supplemental insurance until her Medicaid kicks in and her last provider was not great at all. We booked her an appointment at this office with Dr. Busoul and he was amazing. Both him and his staff are so helpful, kind, attentive, and knowledgeable! My mother has chronic pain and the past provider gave her meloxicam. It did nothing for her. When my mother explained to Dr. Busoul he recommended a few other things to her to help with her pain. He changed her medication , got her a referral for a pain clinic and for Osteopathic Manipulative Therapy! Having these other options provided to us is so helpful. She is so happy to have found Dr. Busoul and this clinic!!

This place is awful. I am being charged for an appointment I need to reschedule because I am at the emergency room with a family member, and don't want to stop and check my schedule right this second. This is absurd, I have never had a doctor's office charge me for an appointment that I wanted to reschedule.

Never get a membership with this medical facility, i made the mistake of getting one and still till this day they haven't gotten back to me on canceling it. I not only called i also went to the place myself, they told me to go through thier email and so i did... still no response and continuous charges on my card. I keep having to file claims just to get my money back, guess I'm just gonna have to cancel my card. I thought this placs was good in the beginning because of the decent prices, but i shouldn't have to have such a headache with canceling...

Update: They claimed that they cancelled the membership, but still as we speak i am being charged... thanks for continuing to lie to your patients. I waited to see if they would honor their word and i still was patient, so yes I'm definitely gonna have to cancel my card now..

This medical facility has a very professional and kind staff. I enjoy coming here where I feel seen and heard by both the doctors nurses. I highly recommend Dr. Buseoul for local Keller area.

Great and Straight to the point

I'm a regular patient at Z-2-H and the staff there are always very professional and respectful, and MA- Diedre always goes the extra mile to make sure that you really have your needs met. Thank God for people like MA- Deidre 😊🙏

This is the worst place I’ve ever been to. The service and the lack of communication is horrific. No doctor present just a nurse and two girls at the front everyone is confused and appt times get pushed back two hours. Upon asking about the wait they ask if you just want to reschedule. They offer a follow up virtual appt. You don’t get seen unless up call the office and they remind someone of the appointment 40 mins later. They put some random person on to ask questions you have documented already to simply by the nurse or doctor more time. Absolutely lady visit. Your time is not valued nor are you as a patient. New patient . Definitely looking for somewhere else to go. Also during the wait sat in my car and let the tall skin front desk girl know and asked if they would call me . She went on lunch and communicated that to no one. Mind you there’s only two ppl on the front and one nurse . Go somewhere else .
