About the previous customer’s comments. I was there and perhaps I am the gentlemen you spoke about. Your technician didn’t leave you to help me, she said hello just like all polite people do. You were quite loud when you left and I heard you say that you pay less somewhere else so why not just go there. Obviously you didn’t like the service there either. My nail technician, Vivian, was so skilled and attentive—she took the time to understand exactly what I wanted and gave me the perfect set of nails. I had a great experience at this nail salon! The staff was incredibly polite and patient, especially when I was picking out my nail colors—they offered helpful suggestions without being pushy and really made sure I was happy with my choice.
