Tamra is the best! I have used her for pelvic floor PT after my 3rd and 4th pregnancies and it has been a a game changer in terms of recovery. My only regret is that I didn’t even know pelvic floor PT was a thing after my first 2 babies so I didn’t have her help then ? she makes the whole experience so comfortable and makes sure you fully understand everything.
