This was a follow up to an existing issue. Jorge came in and immediately found the problem. Immediately the change was effective and we will evaluate to determine if other adjustments will needed. I appreciate Willard HVAC for following through to ensure the customer is satisfied. That is customer satisfaction and how it should be with any company.
After my tech Mark recommended an HVAC replacement, he put me in contact with Matt. After discussing American Standard options, I selected the Premium model. We settled on a price. Installation is set for tomorrow. Matt shared his experience with the Premium model in his own house and the savings in his power bill.
After having no AC and being miserable all day and night Jacob came and went absolutely above and beyond to turn the day around. He was lovely to talk to and just really was a huge help. Thanks Top Gun! Yall will always be our go to!
