Not sure how to rate them due to The fact I chose to go with another company based on the price that I was given. While some companies were wanting to earn the business by helping you out pricewise others not so much in comparing apples to apples I ended up purchasing a system that was about $5000 cheaper. Some of the quotes have been so far out of the ballpark it was laughable at that point, but others were more reasonable. If you’re doing a whole HVAC system, you definitely want to make sure that you are getting your quotes and you are comparing apples to apples. I found their customer service team to be very helpful. Aaron did a great job of checking out my residential AC units. He went over all of the issues with photos and detailed what work could be done. He gave me a variety of quotes and options onsite. Very professional and through job, would go back to him with any future service issues.
This was a follow up to an existing issue. Jorge came in and immediately found the problem. Immediately the change was effective and we will evaluate to determine if other adjustments will needed. I appreciate Willard HVAC for following through to ensure the customer is satisfied. That is customer satisfaction and how it should be with any company.
