I love this part of my weekly routine. Alex, and the whole crew are amazing. Over the last 18 months I have experienced a consistent improvement in my flexibility, less back pain than ever in my life, and overall better posture. My golf game has improved by far too. Bonus points for making it the first activity of a weekly date night with my wife. We were both a little skeptical at first, but now it’s a must. Give it a few weeks and you will be hooked too.

Rylie was my Flexologist today and he did a great job! He was very personable, attentive, and skilled. The full-body stretch he provided was definitely what I needed. I left feeling less tense, more mobile, and energized. I highly recommend Rylie!

Stretch Lab was something I heard about but seemed crazy spending money on it. I’ve been 3 times. Riley has been the team member to stretch me and he does great. Communicates making sure he’s not stretching too far and tells me the goals each time and the ultimate goal. I’m already feeling a difference.

StretchLab Keller offers one on one assisted stretching and group stretch classes in a fun, open and communal environment. Our one on one stretches can be 25 or 50 minutes long and we offer drop-in or monthly memberships. All of our flexologists are highly trained and create a custom stretch routine for each member. Our innovative group stretches offer a unique way for members to reach their flexibility goals. Group stretches can be purchased individually or as a monthly membership.
