IF I COULD GIVE A 0 I would. Older black lady was rude to my mother and made her sit around fir 4 hours and hair was still not finished. She kept doing other peoples hair and having my mom wait around. It got so bad that another customer had to tell the lady to finish my moms hair since she got there first. HORRIBLE! And she never apologised.

UPDATE: I spoke to the manager this morning and she wasn’t aware of how my mother felt and stated she takes pride in treating her clients with utmost respect and care. Then later the director of marketing Sally reached out to my mother and she was very apologetic and empathetic which helped my mom feel heard. Very professional...read full review

I went in three weeks ago and had a trim from another operator who was also very good. But Demetria is the best foot forward for Smart Style. She did an excellent job styling my hair after washing and conditioning it. Before I left I immediately booked my next appointment. Very satisfied customer

I went in on a Wednesday right after opening and I received the same wonderful, professional and courteous service I had received before.
Demetria is wonderful. She understands hair and how it should be treated.
I only had a wash and a blow out. My hair is thick and course but Demetria knows just what to do. There was no tugging or pulling. The process of blow drying my hair was so smooth. My hair has not been this soft in a long time. I will be back for my relaxer and I know she will do an amazing with that process also.
