Dr. Shanley is the best! I've been to a LOT of chiropractors and most of them rush you in and out with the same adjustments each time. Not so with this doc! He customizes your care to whatever you need most each day.

Another perk of going here is the office offers a lot of extra treatments beyond just adjustments. There's an in-house nurse and massage therapist, and all the treatments run through insurance (I love that I can get a free massage every week as part of "treatment"! ;) )

Most of all, the the office staff are kind and efficient. They really care and treat you well. Highly recommend!

I have been going to Advanced Medical of North Texas for a little over a month. The change in my physical mobility has been amazing. I have rheumatoid arthritis, fibromyalgia, chronic migraines and foot pain following a previous orthopedic surgery that caused my walking gait to be uneven. I went to see Dr. Shanely while suffering on day five of a severe migraine that my medication was not alleviating. I walked out of that first visit not only migraine free, but walking much better as well. I continued to be a patient just for these reasons alone. I have not had a single migraine since that first visit. I sleep better. I have more energy. And I walk with a normal gait. The chiropractic care and medical massages that I receive at this office have increased my quality of life many times over. I cannot express how much I recommend them!

The staff at Advanced Medical of North Texas is very friendly and made the whole visit comfortable. They were super thorough and took the time to explain everything clearly so I actually understood what was going on. They had therapies and solutions I didn’t even know existed, and I felt amazing afterwards. Highly recommend.
