This company has gone from disappointing to outright disgraceful. I have personally witnessed a SERVPRO Team Shaw employee smoking marijuana in uniform, climbing into a SERVPRO van, and driving off impaired. On more than one occasion, I have even seen him cause minor accidents after smoking, only to hop right back in and leave as if nothing happened.
I reported this to management with a van license plate number and a detailed description of the worker. Others have filed similar complaints, which proves this is not an isolated incident but a pattern of ongoing misconduct. Yet SERVPRO has done absolutely nothing.
Worse, instead of addressing these repeated safety violations, they have chosen to delete reviews, trying to silence the truth and protect their image while shielding their employee. That is not just negligence — that is deliberate cover-up.
Let’s be clear:
This is happening in uniform, in SERVPRO vehicles, in broad daylight, around families and children.
Complaints have been made by multiple people.
SERVPRO has had every opportunity to investigate and correct this.
Their response? Ignore it, hide it, and delete reviews.
This is dangerous, irresponsible, and reckless. If SERVPRO is willing to look the other way when their employees are openly smoking, driving impaired, and endangering the public, how can they be trusted in people’s homes or businesses?
Families deserve better than a company that covers up misconduct instead of confronting it. The silence, the inaction, and the censorship all make one thing clear: SERVPRO Team Shaw is putting its reputation above community safety.

This company was GREAT to work with after our tub leaked all over our floors and we needed restoration. Sean and his team were always on time, communicated clearly and were on top of every step. I really appreciate the company and Sean, they were fabulous to work with and I would highly recommend them if you are in need of water or fire restoration!

Overall their service was great and very responsive the past few weeks. Quality of work was phenomenal once they were able to move forward from the insurance and they worked really quickly and smoothly. Only issue I had was the really tall bearded worker during the beginning process, I cant remember his name, but it was a shorter name, pete or reid, smelled like marijuana while working in my house. I am super sensitive to these smells and it triggered my allergies when I came back home, to each their own, but seemed very unprofessional to do while on the clock. this person also used , what I assumed to be, a tobacco product that was in white little pouches and i found them throughout my home during and after the wall removal was completed, just seemed very unprofessional for this rep. But Would recommend this branch to anyone though for the remainder of the process

Our furniture was ruined by the team who picked up and stored the furniture. The furniture was not packed and stored professionally as we were told. The person by the name of Eli doesn’t respond nor does he follow up. Very poor customer service and lack proper communication and avoid responsibility. Stay away from this company.
Servpro, In response to your reply, 1) The deep cleaning you referenced was on done to the chairs not the couch, which we have asked to be done but the person you sent didn’t. 2) The 3rd part you have sent to touch up furniture has indicated they only do scratch, touch-up type of repairs. They don’t do cushions nor they have the experience 3) I have requested the matter to be escalated again with Eli as recent as this past Tuesday 2/11 which he said a manager will be calling me on Wednesday. It is Friday 2/14 and I have yet to receive a call back.
This matter will be reported and escalated via other methods.

Our house had water damage from a faulty kitchen pipe, and our neighbors highly recommended ServPro. The whole team at this location was prompt, friendly, and professional. Isaiah provided a thorough assessment and estimate, and I appreciated the transparency and clarity for prices. Sean and his team provided top notch work to mitigate damage as well as keep a functioning kitchen for our large family. Happy to recommend their services to others!

Kyle and his ServePro team were exceptional. As soon as I found the small lake in our Main bedroom on a Saturday I contacted ServePro. Kyle was here within a couple of hours removing water and setting up blowers to mitigate the damage. He checked back on progress on Sunday and had a crew here on Monday to start the process to prepare for floor removal.
The crew did a fantastic job in protecting our property from dust and damage while they worked to remove the glued down engineered hardwood. No easy task.
Kyle and his team were on site everyday until the floors were dried and they removed the plastic sheeting protecting the test of our home.
Kyle and the ServePro team were professional and were great at communicating with us and our insurance. God forbid we have another water emergency but if we do ServePro will be the first call.

Servpro was wonderful to work with after we had our home flooded. Sean K. and his Crew came in and removed all the damaged items and placed fans etc. to dry everything out. The entire crew was so helpful, professional, always on time , friendly and went out of their way to make the situation better. When they first came the entire crew introduced themselves, friendly, courteously , knowledgeable and not to mention follow up calls/texts from Sean. I highly recommend Sean with Servpro and his crew . They all were great.

Orlando was dispatched to Houston to help deal with the sorm which came through May 16th. He finished the job at our house that Anthony ran until demo was complete. Orlando continued the great service while our house was going through the drying process. He was professional, prompt, and took good care of us. He was in constant communication and did a fantastic job. I appreciate the Grapevine staff for putting life on hold while they assisted in the Houston area. I would certainly recommend Servpro for storm damage demo, drying, and packout.
