I have a fear of drs due to past experiences but saw Dr. Nangrani today and she put those fears at ease.

This was my second visit. In my entire life. Everybody there makes you feel right at home. The staff is very friendly. If you’re looking for a clinic to have your eyes examined this is the place.

I honestly don’t know why this office gets such poor ratings. I’ve been a patient since 2012 during the Dr. Rosario days. I left the last two years because I moved to The Colony and found a new doctor in Frisco.

This Frisco office never answered the phone and you had to communicate through a portal, then found out my insurance was no longer accepted without notifying me, and lastly wouldn’t prescribe an asthma inhaler.

Speed up to current, Questcare was willing to take me back and got me in immediately. Dr. Neela listened to me and prescribed everything I needed to get well! As mentioned, I’ve seen Dr. Nangrani and Neela once Dr. Rosario retired. Nurses are… read full review
