I'm glad that the young man that came to help do my inspection for me. I'm almost 80 and i just couldn't see instructions or screen well enough, Greg was a absolute gentleman. very professional. 10/10
Darla has been nothing but amazing throughout my process of applying and moving into a home. After having several issues with another company we choose to work with McCaw. The application process was easy. As soon as we were approved Darla was on top of everything. She worked with us to get our move in taken care of as fast as possible due to the quick turn around time we needed. She was amazing and even responded to an email I sent on a Saturday when she is off work. Thank you Darla for all your help and answering all of my questions in a timely manner.
Fernando came to do some repairs in our rental and he was courteous and friendly. He made the repairs quickly and cleaned up after himself and explained everything well.
The person scheduling the visit was friendly, but company policy could use some updating in regards to being a little more courteous/friendly when giving options for visit times and dates. I was given only one option for day and time and I felt pressured into accepting it. The technician was booked before I even had time to confirm if the date and time worked for me.
But, once again, Fernando was exceptional when he came to do the repairs.
