I had two pants altered. Good service and they provided options. It took about a week for them to be ready, They told me this when I dropped off the pants and it wasn't a big deal for me.
I walked in this evening with a prom dress zipper crisis. The original tailor refused to help us a week before prom with a zipper that was not working. Lee's tailor looked at it, said the zipper is broken and yes, we can get it fixed by Friday. Thankful for businesses that will listen to their customers.
