The staff is always friendly, kind, helpful, compassionate, customer-focused, quick, efficient, and very accommodating. They are patient and skilled at providing care for neurodivergent and sensory-sensitive patients, using technology like an eyeball scanner to avoid dilation. The office has a beautiful and really good selection of glasses that is not overwhelming. Their skilled glasses fitter is an angel, expertly repairing frames and ensuring glasses are perfect. They handle eye insurance with no problem and there is tons of parking available. Customers are very happy, highly recommend them for any eye care needs, and consider the practice a jewel of a find for its rarity in customer service.
