Dr Berggreen, and Kelsie, were very caring and helpful to us as we are new dog parents. They answered all of our questions and provided expert guidance in the care of our new puppy. We believe that Charlee will continue to receive expert care and attention from Dr Berggreen and Kelsie as our puppy continues to grow into adulthood.

Our 9 year old gsd had chronic ear infections for 2 years. So bad that he had scratched hard enough to cause a hematoma and subsequently caused cauliflower ear, and were bad enough to cause seizures. After battling the infections with another vet for 2 years we finally got a second opinion here. Dr Walters not only helped us clear his ear infections, but taught us about the causes, and how to help treat them at home. Later when we tore a CCL, we brought him here and ended up needing a TPLO. We were first time clients at Keller Animal Clinic. We were pleasantly greeted by the receptionist and within minutes taken back to a room. The technician came in shortly and was extremely nice and showed concern for our dog. Then the vet came in and was also very nice, examined our dog and gave us the answers we needed. We were very satisfied with the whole experience.
