We had a hot water heater leak and fortunately I was able to turn the water off in a matter of minutes, resulting in minor water damage in our bedroom closet. Britt came out and removed the carpet and padding. After letting it dry for several days, he reinstalled the padding and carpet. We are very pleased with the work.
My dog tore a small hole in the carpet, and I called Helix to get a quote and get it fixed. The price was great, and they were able to get out the next day and get the work done. Would highly recommend.
Fantastic Service & Great Price
I highly recommend Helix Carpet Repair! Britt did a fantastic job stretching the carpet in two rooms and cleaning two carpets, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. Everything looks fresh, clean, and professionally done.
Britt was extremely professional, friendly, and has a great personality. It’s always nice to have someone in your home who is not only great at what they do but also genuinely pleasant to work with.
The price was also very reasonable compared to other companies I looked into, which made the experience even better. You get excellent service without overpaying.
