Amazing Glo experience thanks to Ashley. She was welcoming from the moment I walked in and made the whole process of buying a membership for my wife easy and comfortable. She explained everything clearly, I didn't know much just that my wife loves to tan but doesn't always have the time to stand outside for hours, that being said she helped me choose the right options for her. I didn't expect to leave writing a review, but you can tell she cares about her customers.
I've had a membership for years at the Keller location but service is not efficient. Twice this week had to wait to tan. No beds available. Meanwhile a technician is changing bulbs during open hours. For the price. We should be able to get it quickly. Wait times with no beds available and several people already waiting. Not good. For the price too expensive for inefficient service. There are times when 4 sales people are standing at the desk chatting. Also they need an air purifying system. Smells like over baked tanning lotion. Probably will cancel my membership and find a better salon.
