I dropped 20+ items here on Saturday about 9:30am and was told it would be ready Monday after 3pm. I go there Monday at 5:15 and the doors are locked even though the OPEN sign is on and the posted store hours say they are open until 6pm. The prices I was charged also seem to be different than what’s posted when you walk in. I hope they are actually open and have ALL my clothes in the morning when I go there. I will never use this cleaners again. UPDATE: they were not open at the posted 7am time when I went there in the morning. They were so kind, I had to have a suit rushed and they accommodated me. I even showed up early and rushed the last piece so I didn't have to come back. The price was more than reasonable. Thank you so much!

I left a very expensive lab coat on Fri 2/14/2025. The lady was very nice. I went back on Monday to pick up and the man who speaks very poor English told me he couldn't find my lab coat. He accused me of giving the wrong number with the dropoff. I know my phone #. He is very rude and has no concept of customer service. My labcoat is lost and he is rude. Will never use them again. It is sad because I have used this location for 15 years. Never getting a dime of my money again. Good mind to take to small claims court
