Like other reviewers, I had a $250 Brooks Brothers shirt returned to me with holes. When I complained, they said I had “moths”. I explained my house was new and I had no other damaged clothing. After the owner refusing to return my calls he finally responded and agreed to have the shirt repaired. He said it was ready, and I drove 25 minutes to pick it up, the holes had not been repaired.

After more messages left with no response, I’m done.

This service is despicable. If you want damaged clothing with no accountability, take your clothes here. Too many other places that will treat you right.

Unfortunately, I should have looked at the horrendous Yelp reviews before coming here. They admitted a mistake with the clothes I took in to get pressed, but refused to compensate me for said clothes. The owner/manager was incredibly rude and combative. It's too bad because the location was a convenient one for me. If you're looking for another option, North Tarrant Cleaners is excellent.

Went to get my pajama pants hemmed a couple inches. Took them in on Wednesday and got them back on Monday. Owner said they would notify me when they returned, they never did so I called. They charged me $24!!!! That’s outrageous for 2 pairs of pants, total of 6 inches.
