“We moved to Keller from San Antonio recently and had no idea which Animal care facility to use. Glad we chose Keller Animal Clinic for our fur babies they have been absolutely great“

“August 2025: I took lil baby (12) in for some sinus stuff. They were great. I just love them. They are not pushy on things that should be done when I don't have alot of money. They will always be my go to Vet place.

March 2025: i brought my little 9 yr old cat Piper in because she kept losing weight and couldn't keep her food down. We did the usual and then started with seeing if she had worms, she didn't. We then did blood, but nothing was conclusive except white blood cells. It could be anything! So we talked and did nausea meds but without them she lost her food. Now mind you shes a spicy black little 6lb cat, she lures you in with sweetness then rips you apart. She was still herself. So now we are trying steroids and that's working. We are 4 days in and so far it's good. But, even if things were to switch and to go down hill i would accept that, Dr. Rachel has done so much already. I don't want to take my cats to just regular Vets! Bonds Ranch has been our home since 2021, I'm staying. Everyone is awesome sweet and so nice!!

I love the people at Bonds Ranch Vet. We came to them after spending $600 at another Vet who didn't know what was wrong with Cooper. They gave meds to both my cats and they are all well now. I am so so happy my daughter found them.“

As a USDA Accredited Veterinarian, I am pleased that Dr. Ward had research my needs before our appointment and was prepared for with a treatment plan for my two cats and a timeline to submit necessary paperwork.“

“I brought 2 of my dogs here after they consumed an entire box of rat poison. The staff was prompt and comforting. They had to pump both of their stomachs, keeping one overnight for further observation (turns out he ate majority of it). They kept me updated throughout the entire process, and reassured me they would do everything possible. We are about 2 weeks post op and my babies are doing GREAT! “I can't stress enough how well they took care of both me and my cat, Pumpkin. I had to bring him in on Monday of last week late in the evening due to unexplained vomiting and it turned out he had a bowel obstruction. They explained the process of what they could do and how I could go about it and, of course, I told them to proceed with the surgery.
Dr. Duck was his surgeon that night and the one that explained on the x-rays what they found. She did an amazing job and was able to get what I'm know wasn't an easy extraction, done with no complications. There was another doctor that looked after him during the day who I think was Dr. Smith, and she was also amazing too. Both doctors called with updates day and night while they had him after the surgery and did what they could to make him comfy in what was a very stressful time for him. I did make another visit this early Wednesday in the AM and met with Dr. Connor who was amazing as well :)
Lastly, the techs there are awesome and even when I was stressing and calling them every other day with questions about his care, they took the time and effort to answer my questions and ease my worries (pretty sure they have me labeled in there as a worried pet parent lol). I'm also sure they'll probably hear from me again while he's still recovering. There was one tech that stood out and that was Kaitlyn (hope I'm spelling that correctly!). She was so awesome and we had a few laughs even when I had tears in my eyes from all the stress and worry. She really made sure Pumpkin was taken care of, but even took care of me.
All in all, I would 100% recommend this place to take your pet for any emergency. I felt like they actually cared not only about my pet, but me as well. Also, they let me visit with him the day after surgery which I thought was so sweet!!“

“I've been using Bedford Oaks family vet for almost 2 years now and have been more than impressed with the level of attention you get from the staff and doctors. This morning I had an appointment with my Jake for some routine care. When they weighed him, he was almost 2 pounds lighter since his last appointment in December which greatly concerned me. Their was a relief doctor in today, Dr Abalos, who sat and talked with me through this trying to figure out what it could be and why he is losing weight because he is totally healthy and not showing signs of being sick. After sharing Jake's diet and supplements with Dr Abalos, she quickly figured out what the cause, more than likely was, in being an ingredient in a supplement that I was giving him daily. It also answered a question of why he was sometimes throwing his food up right after eating because he wasn't able to digest this ingredient. Thank you Dr Abalos for spending so much time with me this morning helping me try to figure this out. The love and concern you showed today was outstanding!! And thank you to the techs and office staff for always being friendly and showing that you care.“
