Josh from 3:16 came out and gave us an in depth consultation. We chose them to do the work based on that consultation. They did not disappoint at all. I would choose 3:16 every day of the week and twice on Sunday. Josh was engaged every step of the way. 6 stars. Thank You 3:16
A few years ago was walking my dogs and ran into a project manager from 3:16 that was onsite at a house getting a roof replaced. Super nice guy and kept his card. My roof ready to be replaced this year so gave them a call. I worked initially with Kade Wellborn who was incredibly informative, personable, and I felt went the extra mile (initial push back from insurance) to get us to point of getting roof replaced. Then worked with Danny Heim/Project Manager and outstanding customer service. He and his team did a phenomenal job on the roof and after they cleaned up you would never have known they were there. Highly recommend considering them.
I had a wonderful experience from start to finish! The claims process was a breeze (thanks, AAA!). My project manager, Josh, was patient, friendly, and very thorough. He genuinely wanted to make sure I was happy—and I definitely am. Despite his years of experience, it was refreshing to see how passionate and excited he still is about his work. He even helped me find the perfect roof color.
The crew was fantastic as well—professional, respectful, and hardworking. They cleaned up thoroughly and even took extra care to restore the sealants I had in place for critter control.
