Reese air is great, I have had them out to my house on 4 occasions over the the last year or so for separate items from heater not working not working to relocating the thermostat etc and they are always:
On time - come when they say they will
Prompt - they usually come out within 24 hours
Efficient - they are professional and know their craft. They figure out and address it quickly
And most importantly, I have always found their prices really affordable. Whenever I get the price I brace myself but I am always relieved!

Great service.. we have to wait for a part to come in so they gave us units to cool the house til the parts arrive.!! So greatful.. Jeff come this morning (Sat) and hook them up.. house is cooling down ?... Wife and kids are happy! thanks Reese air and Jeff

Organized, on time, and honest friendly service. Kevin arrived at the time the confirmation text indicated. Service was thorough and he showed me pictures and gave explanation all along the way. He gave me a recommendation list for suggested repairs and optional maintenance services with absolutely no pressure. I would recommend to a friend and I will be calling them again.
