I am very proud to be the first British cusomer of ELIS. From start to finish, the process has been 10/10 and i could not be happier with the product line we have created.
The process began with a trip over to Kaufman where Treyton (Director of R&D) and myself trialed and tested various different blends of ingredients, aswell as an extensive list of flavours. Within 2 days, we came up with 6 incredible flavour profiles that i then sampled with friends using my r&d pack upon arriving back home. I highly recommend flying out for R&D with Treyton and his team. It was truly a 11/10 experience.
We were able to knock out three flavors in person that easily could have taken months of back-and-forth feedback remotely. Their team also helped taste and give input, almost like having a built-in focus group, and I got a tour of the facility while I was there.
Everyone was incredibly friendly, professional, and talented. The whole experience gave me even more confidence in moving forward with manufacturing our products with them. Highly recommend Elis Manufacturing for anyone looking for a thoughtful, capable, and collaborative R&D/manufacturing partner.
