Zekiah and Steven were very professional and exceptional at communicating with me about what was going on with our unit. We were still under warranty. Yea! I was also shown how to look up our warranty online to save for my records. Accurate always sends good people to do our annual check ups. I like that the day before you are sent a text bio of who is coming to our home. We also received a call from the office that the service person was on his way and would be there in 30 minutes. They were. Great Team!
Mitch was absolutely great. He made my repair in record time and went out of his way to wrap wiring and placed in the proper place. That was the thing that bothered me from the previous installation. Thank you Mitch!!
Had a great experience with Accurate. Through the process of buying a home, our general home inspection revealed some issues with the plumbing and HVAC. Accurate was able to accommodate our urgent request for a full pre-purchase inspection of these specific systems within our option period. They came out right away to evaluate those specific issues, and also identified other deficiencies the home inspector had missed. In particular, mentioning Zac Stonerock on the plumbing side for his great attention to detail and excellent customer service.
