We had our HVAC system replaced today with a much more efficient system and they did a fabulous job from quoting the work to the final steps of installation. We had our system installed about 5 years ago. When we called initially, they were fast to respond, they were out here quickly, and very courteous. We chose our unit, they installed quickly. About 6 months passed and an electronic component malfunctioned. We called them again their response time was fast, they came and repaired the part quickly and professionally, it was all under warranty. Speaking of warranty our unit came with 10 years parts and labor warranty. Fast forward to now 5 years down the road, our system sent an email at 8:00am that our blower motor was malfunctioning. I called Absolute Air and gave them the system codes. They got a technician to us by 12:00pm the same day. The tech confirmed the blower motor was out and the part was covered under warranty but it had to be ordered, and that takes a few days. I have never had a bad experience with anyone from this company. They have always responded quickly and professionally, all techs have been friendly and courteous. I do not regret purchasing or using this company whatsoever. I highly recommend them for all your heating and air conditioning needs. It's never good when your unit fails but it's great to know these guys have your back and will have you fixed up in no time.
