I’m not a shopper but I did want frames that fit my style and face, was the perfect color for my coloring of hair and face and was covered by my vision insurance. Not much to ask for, huh? I walked in on a busy Saturday afternoon, Deanna was quick to offer her help. Told her what I was looking for and within 15 minutes I was thanking her for her help and walking out perfectly happy. Bonus: I barely had to try on many frames either-she had pulled only the ones that she knew would’ve worked for me, my preferences and my insurance! Win-win for me ? Go give them a try! You won’t regret it.

Allison helped me today and she was so lovely. I called on the phone before so she had my insurance printed out already by the time I got there. She spent at least thirty minutes to an hour helping me look for new frames and finding ones that worked for my face and coloring. Then she prepared about five separate quotes for me for two different pairs of glasses, contacts, and sunglasses. I appreciated her help so much and truly the customer service was unmatched!
