My second daughter was getting married and my suit needed to be cleaned and pressed bc I’m retired and my suit had been in a box folded with other clothes in storage. I’ve been living on a lake in Arkansas for 3 years. I come back to Houston 3 days before the wedding and finally found the box in the back on the bottom stack of boxes of an 8x10 unit. This was Thursday late afternoon, the wedding Saturday afternoon, so I called to make sure they could have it ready before then. Some cleaners can’t do it that quickly. They had it ready by Friday afternoon and it looked great!

Our delivery concierge, Deric Flores, does a fantastic job. Super friendly , courteous and respectful of our property. So glad that Deric has taken our route. And Y’all do a great job with our clothes too.

HUGE thank you to Tide Cleaners! Friday night, I completely lost track of time while volunteering at my child’s school and missed closing. My husband was leaving overseas at 5 AM the next morning and absolutely needed his suits. The Cleaners was closed and Shawn, the area manager kindly came back after hours to open the doors and help me.
That kind of customer service, kindness, and dedication is rare, and we are so grateful. You truly went above and beyond for our family, and we’ll never forget it. Highly recommend!
