His responses were prompt and he fixed the issue first thing the next morning. His company opens at 8am and he showed up at 7:45am. Initially, he asked me to send a video of the issue so that he can see if it’s something he can fix. He said he does not want to charge us for a trip if he is unable to help. Very honest man. Many companies would charge $80-150 just for diagnostics. He was able to diagnose the issue through the video I sent him. Meanwhile, another company told me I needed to get a new AC unit for $12,100 and told me it was unfixable. I just replaced my AC unit 3 years ago. I’ve had AC issues since my home was built, 2 years ago. John came out multiple times and did what he could to keep the unit from failing. I was left with no option but to replace the whole unit. The guys came in and got it done! John got my warranty setup and I am at peace knowing I have a great unit that was installed properly.
Texas Air Care also installed my Generac. John told me step by step what was happening during installation and the price each step would be. I trust this company and am glad that I found them 2 years ago.
John is the most honest and experienced individual I have done business with. He walked me through and in detail pointed out what I can and could not do to keep my system running at peak capacity.
