My daughter-in-law and I visited the location on Westheimer Parkway. We did not have an appointment for our pedicures. Lauren greeted us at the door. She had a big smile and was very welcoming. I've never been there so she patiently walked me through the process of choosing a service, color, etc. Wonderful experience. Our nail techs were Tina and Cici. They were professional and experienced. The foot massage was amazing! The heated neck wrap was a very nice touch and the shoulder massage was the perfect way to end an already wonderful experience. My receipt says we had The Golden Retreat service.

Extensive pedicure options, beautiful place filled with friendly people. The guy doing my pedicure was kind and very attentive to details. It was a good service.

My nails started to crack sooner than they were supposed to, but they took me in and fixed it, even a week later. They'll take care of you at Sweet Memory!
