AJ was prompt and did a thorough report of my new home. I’ll definitely bring him back prior to my 1 year warranty expiring. Very competitive pricing and found a lot of things I would have never caught. Couldn’t recommend more.

Called several inspection companies for this inspection most of them didn’t have time for next day inspection but AJ was able to schedule it right away. Did I mention he had the best price out of all the companies I called ?AJ was very professional and explain to me all the major things to look after, he was very knowledgeable and point out everything in the report which by the way was written in a language that I was able to understand, easy to read!!!I will definitely recommend SmartHomeInspections to everyone in need of a Good inspector! As a realtor he will handle all my inspections from now on..!Thank you AJ! Excellent work!

AJ did an amazing job with our inspection. He was up to date with the codes and regulations, was extremely thorough, and caught many issues with our new home.
