Silky Strands is awesome! Very clean and welcoming. There were even snacks and water for guests. Nadia and her assistant moved really quick yet still managed to style everyone’s hair wonderfully. I received a deep condition, trim and blow out. My hair looked and felt beautiful! The scheduling and payment system was also easy to use. My only complaint would be that the GPS doesn’t identify Phenix studios as a location so I ended up being late to my appointment. Also, the door code did not work. Another stylist had to let me in. However, the bathroom was impressively clean for how busy the place is. Looking forward to my next appointment with Nadia!
