Trace!!! Ask for Trace and Christopher Robbinson. Solid customer service and very dependable. I went to trace with a laundry list and he did everything to get it done. I didn't want to spend a lot of time at the dealers buying my new truck. He prepped everything so i was in and out in under 2 hours! I appreciated the attention to detail and down to earth hospitality. It's nice not to feel upsold or pressured. The way a car buying experience should be. Thanks guys, I'll be coming back!

The service is good but they could improve by not changing the driver's seat position, just leave it as you found it, is annoying to change it for a 30 second drive to have the oil changed. Please chasm the entrance to the dealership, there are lots of debirs and junk when entering from the I 10 feeder road. Did you have to put so many bumps inside the dealership 25 feet apart from each other? Really? Maybe have more cars on display to check out with doors unlocked ? still love Ya guys!

Nicholas Ruiz was my sales advisor. He was so friendly and made me feel comfortable- I never felt like I was getting the "hard sell." I was very clear with what I was looking for and he was able to secure the car I wanted. It is clear he has years of experience- I feel lucky that I happened to have him as my sales advisor today.Andrew Narvaez was my finance manager. He was so personable and got my paperwork together quickly.
