Marvin was very professional and helped us decide if using outside support would be good for us. My dad was very hesitant in his willingness to accept help but she came to the house to meet him and have a chat. He felt more comfortable and we set up transportation and support at medical procedure. The person who helped him took good notes and was with him throughout his appointment. Would definitely recommend!
