Vicente who answered the phone was very professional and informative about the process. I made the appointment for the following week - after he was done - my couch looked brand new and smelled so fresh! No need to buy a new couch when you got Mr. Spotless!! The technician showed up on time and did an extremely thorough job of cleaning our carpet as we were readying the house to list it. They were very competitively priced and did a terrific job on our carpet. They also recommended Neal Brown, who fixed an area of our carpet that had been damaged several years ago. He also did a great job. Extremely pleased with their work.
