I am totally impressed with Mr. Michael Tate of MoldBusters of Texas. Before he arrived at my home, he followed up with an email summarizing our telephone conversation about the cost and attached a, “Consumer Mold Information Sheet” from the State of Texas (TDLR). Upon arriving at my home, Mr. Tate was very professional and polite. Since there is so much negativity in the world, I am uncomfortable with strangers in my home. However, I was totally comfortable and relaxed with Mr. Tate. Overall, Mr. Tate provided stellar service. He has exceptionally good verbal and communication skills and is very knowledgeable about mold. He answered all my questions in a manner which I clearly understood. He inspected a bedroom using an electronic device, took pictures and solved my problem by emailing me a detailed report with his recommendation, along with 4 pages of Mold Inspection Information and applicable links to the EPA website which includes the DIY cleanup. Mr. Tate exhibited critical thinking skills by being able to determine one reason for my problem which was my son keeping the air conditioner vent closed which resulted in the room having too much moisture. I highly recommend Mr. Tate of MoldBusters of Texas. I am confident that he will do an impeccable job for clients.
