Left Modern for Anthem pest control company that came around knocking doors with a budget appeal deal. 6 months of headaches and wasted cash later, I’m back. Had my first service back today with Derrick and I regret leaving in the first place. He was extremely knowledgeable, inquisitive and thorough. His follow up was impeccable and he addressed all of my concerns. Plus he was unbothered by my 8lb guard dog. Glad to be back in good hands and you guys have a quality higher in Derrick, his customer service was impeccable.

Had a problem with one exterminator, David R. He kept leaving our gate open, and we have a sign on our gate saying "Dog on Premises" please close gate. Our dog got out and that was a big problem. My husband talked to him so hopefully he understands now. We asked that he not come to our home again, but Modern Pest sent him again. If this happens again, we will cancel our service.
