Says on site cleaning. Not true. Dropped clothes off on Monday. Ticket says and was told be ready Tuesday by 5. It is now Wednesday and they don't have my clothes ready as they sent them off site to be cleaned.

Millennium was my go to cleaners before the pandemic. Service seems to have declined since then. Still waiting on my jeans from the lady who does their alterations, which they stated she's been messing up lately, but didn't disclose this info when I dropped off. Under new management so the service isn't the same. Will not return and wouldn't recommend.

I brought some pants to be altered, and when I came to pick up a week after they lost one of my suit pants, which I have never worn before. I been a long time customer but I will look for a place that's more responsible in their service.Service: Alterations
