Great instruction from chris and really enjoying the classes. Never thought at 46 I’d be doing a bridge and push-ups on 2 fingers.

Is it possible to practice Martial Arts after the age of 50? Master Pak is extremely good in helping those of us with accumulated youth to be able to workout in a fun and safe (for our joints) environment. We look forward for each class, and they go pretty fast. Highly recommended!!! 😁

KSW of cinco ranch constantly gets the good reputation and high scores ( top 5 school in the world)during the world Championships even this is a young facility which was established for just 3 years. I highly recommend SBN Chris and his team because of their professional attitudes and expertized method to coach kids and adults.In addition, his personality of kindness and patience works perfectly when kids meet difficulties during their trainnjng!
