Jay was an absolute specialist at massaging the kinks and knots out of my muscles.I wish he was an Octopus, because 8 hands would be better then 2.I had full mobility of my neck and upper back after destroying my muscles in the gym .Ask for Jay. He's an encyclopedia of knowledge and will carry a convo with you the entire time

I am a Massage Envy member and love it. This particular location has cancelled 4 of my appointments with out notice. One time I sat in the waiting room for 30 minutes, went to the front desk and told me they were going to have to reschedule me. I had an appointment tonight at 7:30pm and was called at 7pm to tell me that they had to cancel. I’m fed up with this location. I’ll go to Cinco Ranch from now on.
