I called on a Saturday and spoke to Justin, and he is so experienced, kind, and helpful. They do house calls on the weekend, and since we are also under warranty for our new home and would be free if I wanted until Monday, he told me about a workaround to avoid the weekend house call fee. This type of honesty is incredible and builds the kind of trust that earns lifetime customers. The person who is honest and prioritizes the customer over immediate income is the one who deserves your long-term business and trust. I know who I’ll call after our new home warranty is out, which is in just a couple of months for us!
