I love this placeEach time it's a new experience. I can't wait to bring my mom.I had a volcanic pedicureWorth every penny. Amy was such a delight.Mom, I believe Dad and son are some of the best in Katy.I am a woman of color but I love the Asian community.I will be a customer for life.I'm a nurse by trade so I admire what they do on the opposite side of customer service.Give the place a try...seriously they are awesome.No where is perfect, people are human but they do it RIGHTService: Pedicure

Everything was great from the moment I entered. I was greeted and asked if I would like a beverage by the manager.Eddie performed my full set. I was being very picky and he had plenty of patience and stated he will do whatever I asked. Him and Thanh did not speak in Vietnamese every time I had to speak up.Usually they do that (you know what I mean).Thanh did great on my pedicure. She took her time, and again I needed a darker color after she painted a few toes and she was cool. No talking in their language complaining.Love this place. I don’t understand why there are so many reviews about people here being rude…maybe it’s the tone and attitude of the customer also a communication/language barrier?? Regardless I’ve been going to livik nail since the last shop first opened and I only continue to come here because all the staff are great, shops super clean which is a must for me, they always have deals, and the drinks are good. Owners are great too... Caring and I see them all working hard trying to please every customer that walks in.
