KeyMe Locksmiths offers a mix of experiences. However, some keys, especially mailbox keys, have not worked well and can be troublesome. There are concerns about key quality, as some keys have broken or failed to work, leading to frustration. Overall, the service is convenient but has room for improvement in key quality and customer support.
Keys didn’t work. So not very good value.. won’t be using again and would like a refund.Update:KeyMe reached out immediately and are making it right. These were mailbox keys and from the looks of other reviews these may be troublesome.Really like the idea of the unit in the store and other than the keys not working I would use the unit again, but for another type of key.So a 1 star should be moving to a 5 star.
The key that was created works great, only reason for 3 stars is the key I was getting duplicated broke off in machine so I am still out a back up key. Reached out to support and never heard from them.
It was nice to get four keys made at one time in the grocery store. However, a person has no idea before starting what a key copy will cost and what "deals" there will be as you go along. You have to assume you can quit, if you find you are not happy with the price, before you start.
