To be fair. I give a three stars review. Rude reception staff. They have great doctors Dr. Cai was caring, patient, friendly and very knowledgeable makes great suggestions however, the front Latina reception desk and check out staff was very unprofessional and unpleasant to speak to

I would recommend NP Richard’s. She is very knowledgeable, thorough and caring. Hands down a hidden gem at this practice. If you are looking for someone who is truly wanting to help you and concerned about your health, she is the one!

I have been a patient with KIMA for the past 5 years. My experience with Dr. Kalapatapu has been truly exceptional. His team is very responsive and his care has helped change my life. I have not issues getting an appointment or having a phone call returned. I would highly recommend Dr Kalpatapu as a primary care physician.
