Cecilia has always done excellent work for me. I moved back to Texas and asked if she could do my daughters homecoming mum. I had an idea of what she would like and Cecilia knocked it out of the ballpark. She has also done other arrangements for me and has always done a fantastic job. She also did my daughter’s wedding flowers.
