They also did a great job with my post Harvey flood repair in 2017. I had an issue with Shower hardware that was covered by the manufacturer...except the manufacturer was requiring an original purchase order or receipt. After many rounds with the manufacturer, I took a final shot by stopping by the Home Makeover office fully expecting they would not have any record. To my surprise, they were willing to go look around in old file storage and in 20 minutes had a copy of the original of the 10 yro PO. Very few places today that would take the time to do that.
