Dear Ms Dharilyn, I am Minh Ngo and I am the Happy Nails N Facial Manager. I would like to explain about your exprerience in our store on that day. At first you wanted taking off the old acrylic powder on all of your nails and put the brand new pink and white full set. The price came out is $50, we offer you $5 discount for your first visit. After that you decided you only wanted to do refill on your nails with the French tips gel colors on top of the acrylic powder. That's why the price changed from $50 to $35. My employee worked on your French tips, tried her best to draw some different French tip shaped on your nails but you still did not feel happy for all of the different French tip shapes she made. So you decided to keep the pink acrylic powder color with the clear gel top coat on it. Our business has been opened for over 12 years at the same store which is at same location. We are not the mobile bus nails store just do the business to make quick money for the few days and moves to other places which leave all our customer behind. We value every single customer because we have a reputation to keep for our business. The way you wrote in your review about our store which was just some fragments of the whole story. That was correct that you were charged at $50 and the basic acrylic nail's refill in our price list was $35. However, what you had on your nails at that day was not the basic nail's refill and we explained very carefully what extra services were provided for an additional fee. We are sorry about what happened at that day and would love to work on your nails if you change your mind to visit us at another day. However, like your first visit, we cannot give you the price $35 if you want to take all your old acrylic powder on your nails off and do the brand new pink and white full set.
