Reyna does a great job cutting my hair for over the past 5 years. She is the only one I want to give me a haircut. If she isn't in that day, I don't go. I'll go when she is in. I highly recommend Reyna.

Not sure why you are asking me to reach out to your customer service? You know what the issue is. It has nothing to do with me in particular…it is your employees who need more training and better attitude to conduct business! So you know the issue and you know what is needed to fix it…just address the issue.

I’ve been a regular customer here for the past 5–6 years, visiting almost every month. Unfortunately, I’ve noticed that the level of customer service keeps on declining.

They have only one person that cuts decent. The others either talk too much and dont focus on the cut, or just rush through the cut. The last cut I had was so bad I had to stop going.
