Gloss is literally the only salon where I’ve gone in with a vision and left more than extremely happy with the results. So many places will look at your idea and say oh yes I can do that.. and they don’t deliver. Linda was amazing, showed me samples of different powder colors to make sure I was happy, and when I didn’t like something she without hesitation found what I wanted and fixed it immediately and didn’t act bothered, as I’ve experienced in the past at other salons!
