Jon is the best hands down. He was very detailed about how we are going to pierce my nose. I was honestly scared because of my first experience with getting it pierced, however, he did so amazing that there is no other place but Firebird! 1000% recommend. My nose piercings healed beautifully

Jon is absolutely the most wonderful person I have ever gotten pierced by. My partner and I first came to the studio when he needed to get a piercing resized. Jon was so thorough in making sure the right jewelry was fit, even though he did not do the initial piercing. My partner has since gone back for multiple piercings and Jon is always meticulous in his measurements to ensure the piercing is properly placed. He loves trying new ideas and will be honest when he feels something doesn't work or if it needs to wait a while. This last visit I took to Katy, I decided to get a couple piercings because why not? I have to add another shout-out to Jon, he did my nose piercing today. The whole process paperwork to payment took less than 10 min. He explained everything well, gave me time to ask questions, & his piercing skill is top notch because I hardly felt it. The only thing I’ll note is, I forgot to ask what the price was, & they didn’t mention it beforehand - but the service was so great I didn’t care! And the price was fair.
