Family Care Plus Rehab is a clinic located behind a shopping center. The waiting area is plain but not disgusting. Scheduling is easy, with appointments often available quickly, including early mornings. The front desk staff is generally great, answering questions clearly and handling paperwork. However, there has been an inconsistent experience with one receptionist who was rude and hung up on a patient. For new patients, the clinic may need to contact insurance providers directly to find package information. The patient experience is efficient, with short wait times. The nursing staff is extremely courteous and professional, taking vitals promptly. The doctors provide clear recommendations and handle scheduling at outside labs or for specialists, sending the information so the patient doesn't have to. The clinic does not perform bloodwork and will redirect patients to a facility for that. Many patients report that the nurse practitioners are amazing and caring, and that their health has improved since starting care. Some patients have used the clinic for years, from childhood into adulthood, which speaks to their loyalty. While some online reviews are negative, other patients find those standards unrealistic and feel the overall experience is positive for basic care and consultations.

NEW PATIENT REVIEW: Scheduling and customer service over the phone before the appointment was great. Was able to schedule the next couple days that same week. The waiting area is not disgusting, just plain and looks like a walk in clinic it's also behind a shopping center, this shouldn't be of any concern, location does not determine quality. (Which I saw in a previous review of someone complaining) Hailey in the front desk was great, she answered my questions clearly and took my copay before checking in. They were not able to find the package information under my insurance which was concerning to hear but understandable since it was my first time using this insurance. All information was given so they are contacting my provider to find the information (no one has asked me to do anything on my end) which I have seen other people negatively review on as well. Quality of front desk and appointment services before check in 10/10 PATIENT EXPERIENCE: It took a total of only about 15 minutes to get checked in and into the room. Nurse Play (So sorry if I misspelled) was extremely courteous and professional. Took my vitals and information on the visit. Was immediately assisted when entering room no wait from entering to checking vitals. This clinic does not do bloodwork and will redirect you do a facility. The doctor came 10 mins after waiting I explained everything to her again and was given recommendations and services scheduled at other labs, they sent the information so you don't have to. I will keep going here for basic things but if you know you need a specialist go directly to them. This is a great office to consult and redirect to labs or specialists if needed. (it's important to look for reviews when looking for your next doctors office, you should feel comfortable and that's important. But I feel as if the negative ones under this business can be misleading) Total time in building: 43 minutes Appointment was available early in morning Overall Experience 9/10 most reviews of this place are negative but reading most of them are pretty unrealistic standards or are just ignorant.

I've been going to this clinic for about 4 months now. Easy to set up my appointments and I hardly ever wait when I'm there, the NPs are so amazing and caring. My health has gotten so much better since I started going to family care plus.

I have been a patient at this clinic for a short time and they have treated me very professionally. Just saying that they should select their receptionists better. Today, for example, the person who treated me, I don't know if it will always be the same, treated me terribly. Litera hung up the phone on me without finishing the call. I called her again and she told me I already talked to you, wait for them to call you back and she hung up on me again. According to her they are very busy.
